Return & Exchange Timeframe
You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that all items must be in their original condition with tags attached and unworn.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for:

Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- BRIDAL Collection items (due to their special occasion nature and customization)
- Any swimwear with removed tags or signs of wear
- Items that have been altered or customized
- Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)
International Returns
Since we ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas), international customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return package.
